Refund Policy

At Mediocre Marketers, we believe in being fair and transparent. We’re a small team doing honest work to help small businesses grow without burning through their budgets. That being said, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Here’s our refund policy so we’re all on the same page:

1. Digital Services

Because our work involves time, creative strategy, and digital assets, most services (like branding, social media, ad campaigns, and on-site content creation) are non-refundable once the work has started or been delivered.

If we haven’t started your project yet and you request to cancel within 48 hours of payment, you may be eligible for a full refund.

2. Video Production

Deposits for video shoots are non-refundable once the shoot is scheduled. If you cancel more than 72 hours before the shoot, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no extra cost. Cancellations within 72 hours of your shoot may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

3. Subscriptions or Retainers

If you’re on a monthly retainer or subscription plan, you can cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. We don’t offer partial refunds for unused time during the month.

4. If We Mess Up

If there’s ever a mistake on our end, like delivering something way off from what was agreed, we’ll do our best to fix it. If we can’t fix it, we’ll consider partial or full refunds based on the situation.

5. Custom Agreements

Sometimes projects have their own contracts or agreements. In that case, the terms outlined there take priority over what’s written here.
